SPECIALIST GENERAL PRACTITIONER

Dr Summer (Kyung Joo) Kim, BSc, PGDipSci, MSc (Medical Science), MBBS, FRACGP

Dr Kim is the principal doctor at SK Medical Centre and has been working as a doctor in Australia since 2014.

Dr Kim studied medicine at the University of Queensland. She completed her GP training in Brisbane and was practicing as a GP there before moving to Sydney in 2020. She practices in all areas of general practice and has a special interest in women's health, antenatal care and paediatrics and provides antenatal shared care for Sydney and Brisbane hospitals.

Dr Kim is trained to provide PrEP/PEP (HIV) prescribing and Medical Termination of Pregnancy (MTOP).

Outside of doctoring she enjoys art, filming and cooking.

She is fluent in Korean as well as English. 

PRACTICE MANAGER

Wendy Liu

Wendy is our Practice Manager at SK Medical Centre. She has been with the clinic since its inception in early 2024 and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience achieved while working in family general practices across Sydney. 

With her growing, multifaceted team at SK Medical Centre, she hopes to continue providing quality patient-centred healthcare to the diverse Campsie community that is timely, personal, and affordable. 

Wendy welcomes all feedback and suggestions, whether it be from a patient or someone just passing by, as she believes we can always do better and there is always something new to learn. 

PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Seung Lee

Seung graduated from the University of South Australia in 2013. Since then, he has gained extensive experience working in private practice, aged care, and community care, treating patients in different age groups and a broad range of conditions through individualised pain management and rehabilitation programs.

Seung employs a combination of hands-on treatment for fast efficient pain relief and exercise rehabilitation to consolidate into long-term results. He enjoys working closely with his patients to help them identify various contributing factors to their health problems. His work satisfaction comes from empowering people to build good habits and achieve health goals.

Seung speaks fluent English and Korean (한국어).

WOMEN’S HEALTH PHYSIOTHERAPIST

Sally Goh

Sally graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney and has a keen interest in managing diastasis, pregnancy-related musculoskeletal pain, postnatal care (from 6 weeks), pelvic organ prolapse and a variety of chronic neck and back conditions.

She is committed to patient-centered care and emphasizing the importance of personalized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific goals. Sally maximises the effect of her treatment regimens by using manual therapy alongside exercise prescription.

Sally speaks fluent English and Korean (한국어).

PSYCHOLOGIST

Wame Gofamodimo

Wame enjoys assisting adult clients with a variety of challenges, including complex and chronic mental health difficulties. Wame’s interests lie in the areas of trauma, depression, as well as the spectrum of anxiety disorders, stress, work related issues and relationship difficulties.

As a therapist, Wame is guided by the principles of compassion and respect. She firmly believes in the value of tailoring evidence-based approaches to the needs of an individual and developing a warm and collaborative relationship with her clients.

She speaks English and Setswana.

DIETITIAN

Ying Liu

Ying is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian (APD) from the Dietitian Association of Australia (DAA). She is an experienced dietitian dedicated to improving the health and well-being of her clients. With a strong background in managing chronic disease, weight management, gut health, and women’s health, Ying has a comprehensive approach to nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Ying works closely with clients to develop personalised nutritional plans that are both effective and sustainable. She believes that small, consistent change can make a significant impact on one’s health, and she supports every step of the way.

Ying speaks fluent Chinese (Mandarin 普通話) and English.
